Resource Navigation

Finding help shouldn't be another obstacle to recovery.

Housing, food, benefits, transportation, community services — we help you understand your options and connect with the resources that support greater stability.

You don’t have to navigate everything alone

Finding the right help can feel like a full-time job — different organizations, different eligibility requirements, phone calls to make, paperwork to understand and services spread across multiple systems.

Resource Navigation exists to help close that gap.

We listen first, help identify the most immediate needs, and connect participants with appropriate Hope Works programs, community organizations and public resources.

How it works

1. Tell us what’s going on. Start with a conversation about what you need right now.

2. We’ll help identify options. We’ll look at Hope Works programs and relevant community resources.

3. Take the next step together. When possible, we’ll help you understand where to go, who to contact and what comes next.

4. Stay connected. Needs change. Hope Works can remain part of your support network as you continue building stability.

Hope Works helps people connect with these services. Housing, treatment, transportation and benefits are provided by partner organizations and public agencies, not by Hope Works directly. You can also browse our resource directory any time.
