Privacy Policy

In plain language: we collect as little as possible, we never sell anything, and what you tell us stays with us.

What we collect, and why

If you contact us (by form, email, or phone), we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, how to reach you, and your message. Form submissions are delivered to our staff email inbox. They are not stored in any database and never published on this website.

If you share a recovery story, we publish it only after you confirm consent, and only with the display name you choose — first name only or "Anonymous" is always welcome. Your contact email stays private in our inbox and never appears on the site.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages help people, using a cookie (_ga). We have configured it for minimal data: advertising features are turned off, user-level data expires after 2 months, and we never build profiles of visitors. You can block cookies in your browser and the site works fully.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your information — to anyone, ever.
  • We never publish anything you send us without your consent.
  • We never ask for, or store, medical or treatment records through this website.

Who else sees data

Our website runs on Cloudflare (hosting) and uses Google Analytics (visit counting) — each receives the technical data any website host or analytics tool receives, under their own privacy policies. Our email is the only place your messages live.

Questions or requests
