Rebuilding a working life

Returning to work after addiction, treatment, homelessness, incarceration, or a long period outside the workforce can feel overwhelming.

A resume may have gaps. Confidence may have taken a hit. Someone may not know how to explain their history in an interview, or even what kind of work to pursue next.

We start with the person, not the resume.

Hope Works provides practical, one-on-one support to help participants identify their strengths, prepare for opportunities and take realistic steps toward employment.

Starting from where you are

You don’t need a perfect work history. Whether you’re returning to work, changing direction, looking for your first stable opportunity in years, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, we’ll help you build a practical path forward.

We help people prepare for and connect with opportunities. We are not an employment agency and cannot guarantee placement — but you will not be doing the search alone.
